Welcome, everyone to Tier Drop RV Park.

Tier Drop R.V. Park INC is family owned and operated. We are located in a farming community in the Town of Wellton, Arizona.

There are unlimited things to do if you have time to do them. For sport, the Town of Wellton has two 18-hole golf courses and there are areas to walk or bike nearby. Shuffleboard play is organized weekly. Organized golf play is every Wednesday. Horseshoe contests occur daily.

Exercise classes are offered daily, either in the pool or recreation hall. We host evening card games, dominoes and fun bingo play. There are dances to 50’s and Country and Western music. There are weekly non-denominational church services and bible study. A ladies sewing and craft group meets on Mondays.

We have monthly breakfasts and holiday potlucks. Plus a host of special events such as our annual float entry in the Pioneer parade, an annual dog parade in February, and participate in the local holiday festivities.

The local area includes the city of Yuma, Arizona, plus Los Algodones, B.C., just across the border in Mexico. Also includes Marine Corps Air Station, Barry M. Goldwater Testing Range, and a large area of desert land for hiking and riding. The Gila River flows through the valley and local water activities and fishing are available nearby. You may want to visit local museums and sites of interest in Yuma County and beyond.

RV Site Features

189 full hookup sites approximate size 30’x50* with cement pad and 30/50 AMP electric.
The above sites have access to:

* Private telephone land line and cable hookup at your expense.

* Free individual locked boxes for mail. (Key deposit required). Short Term mail forwarding available.

60 full hookup pull -through sites with 30/50 AMP electric for short term visitors. Sites accommodate the longest RV’s and groups. These do not have land line or cable access.
We reserve the right to limit the number of pets and RV size.

Rates are for 2 person occupancy. Extra Person / Guest Fee $3 per day or $60 per month

Rental Payments are due in full in advance of rental period.

No Prorating, No Subletting, No Refunds.

Reservations are dependent on availability and require a deposit for guarantee.

We do not guarantee any site to be available from season to season without either paying a site lock fee or paying the annual fee.

If there is a permanent structure left on a site, you must pay annually.

No refunds after Oct. 1st.

Cancellations require minimum 30 days notice, and will be charged a 25% fee.

Absolutely recommend this place. As first time RVers a few years ago, they definitely helped to turn our first trip into an awesome experience. So much as we returned the following year and plan on it again. I was absolutely blown away in how hard it was to find an RV park that allowed you to even stay if you were not 55 yrs old or older. They not only welcomed us in but we felt very much at home by the time we left and when returning the following season. The staff is amazing, the people are great, snowbirds and long term residents. We met some amazing friends and some amazing kiddos and remain in contact in off seasons. The kiddos really bring smiles and laughter throughout the park. Very dog friendly, staff always willing to help accommodate requests and open to suggestions. There is always something going on activity wise and if their isn’t you suggest it and you’ll have people together in no time. Thank you guys so very much for making not only our first experience great but returning years as well!!
